 Each Yes Answer is worth 3 points
Each No Answer is worth 1 point

TEACHER RUBRIC:
The Areas of Evaluation are as follows:

2)How time is spent (use time wisely!)
3)Completion of Activities
4)Quality of Completed Activities

The teacher will grade you based on the four areas of evaluation and use the points given below.  You will get 3 points for Excellent; 2 points for Satisfactory; and 1 Point for Needs Improvement.

18-21 Points    A Super Job
14-17 Points    Good Work
