WRITING ASSIGNMENT

Assignment 7:  

• Research Essay:  Your work this week is to read about the Research Essay and submit a working thesis.  Remember, this is only a rough idea of what your thesis will eventually be as many times a thesis will change as one ventures through the research process.

Please submit you thesis below.  Remember to include your First and Last name.  

• You cannot come up with a working thesis until you've researched your topic a little. So spend some time in the library looking at basic reference works like encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, readers' guide to periodical literature, etc. Remember to keep track of your sources: you'll need at least a dozen sources for this essay.

• To look at some research paper topics go to Electric Library.
